Enjoy!
Pristine Pennsylvania wilderness. Fishing, hunting, camping below the stars, 4-wheeling, tubing and kayaking. It’s a family haven, with room for lots of friends and family. All the conveniences of home, and yet far removed from the fast-paced places.

What you'll want to know about this Potter County Paradise

There are 4 parcels of land, all separately deeded, two of which could be subdivided. The house and cabin are each on a 1+-acre parcel. Then there’s the 69-acre, mostly-wooded parcel behind the home. And the 29-acre meadow that borders Prouty Creek – half of which belongs to the property. The few neighbors we have are the nicest folks in the world.
