Garage-Exterior

The new pine logs were stained as they went up. A second coat was applied in the fall by the builder (a mistake which we immediately repaired - see photo descriptions).

 Initially, the Lodge was a darker brown. We preferred a nutty, red color for the garage... and to make the Lodge and garage similar in color, so we've begun to stain them in a way that creates that similarity (we even chose the Lodge's new roof shingles to match that of the garage).
