Wait'll you see what's above the garage. All along, this space was intended to be the ultimate overflow guest quarters for larger groups. Here, too we wanted no compromise in creature comforts or aesthetics - it had to be an extension of the Lodge.
The large sleeping area, living room and bathroom easily meet the needs of 4-6 additional folks (yet, it's served more than that).
In the winter, guests are warmed by gentle heat rising from the floor. Supplemental heat can be provided by the 21 SEER Fujitsu mini-splits. The water comes from the Lodge, cleaned and purified. Air conditioning? Of course. Here, too the Fujitsu's systems meet the need.
